LA TIMES publishes piece juxtaposing the conduct of former US MARINE now in-famous UC DAVIS police Lieutenant John Pike who also split his time between the "UC Davis police and the Sacramento Police Department." It would appear that "serving and protecting" is this guys life blood. One wonders if his current conduct is any indication of his past conduct?
The article consists of BARELY 1 line on why he is now under scrutiny. The remainder of which concentrates on an incident for which he received a commendation for NOT using any tool but his own hands in the face of bodily harm to another officer and violent threats/actions by an offender.
One wonders why he then chose to use chemical agents on a non violent crowd rather than the approach he took on the while quoting; ""You've got all these tools on your belt," Pike said, "but sometimes they're not the best tools.""

Thank you Howard Kurtz for calling out the mayor on his blatant censorship? Are you going to have the balls to go down and try to remedy the situation or just stay in your cozy news room and read off your indignation?

KCAL9 news @ 10
Rebroadcast of comment made by UC Davis Police Chief Annette Spicuzza
in response to DAVIS INVESTIGATION relating to the UC chem attack
backs her Liutenant
saying it was a "split second decision" to mace the non-violent students for not following an order to disburse.
A comment you could only make if you are
a. hoping people did not watch the entire tape
b. hoping people have not noticed the police violence @ Berkley
c. hoping people are not watching the police violence ALL OVER
d. hoping people will respect the law in the face of its violation
e. add your comment below
To the LA times said Chief Annette Spicuzza
the officers "were concerned for their own safety"
after being enveloped by protestors in reaction to the events above
Protestors remained non-violent in the face of violence and permitted the officers to withdraw
One wonders if the officers will come back in larger force and with more violence?
In fact I am fairly certain this will be the case, but next time they will do it, as has become standard operating procedure, under cover of darkness.

~45sec spot
Chase Bank
Trying to prove that they are as american as apple pie and not paying your taxes
Starts its new PR campaign
maybe not its not new
but it is for me
I stay pretty busy these days
and have nearly no time for TV
Where it claims that it will hire 100,000 Military veterans
Begs the question
When was the last time Chase had that many employees?
how many do they have?
Or created any net job growth in the US?
Cause everything has been moving to automation or offshoring.
OCCUPY!

Presents a
Black women late 20's
Black man late 30's
White man late 40's
in that order
all in line with how they hire
and who they are trying to win over
coincidentally, simultaneous the same people being foreclosed on
